Mobile Repair Service

One of the remarks heard most often is "I wish they could come to us."

This is true of almost everyone today - you invariably have to take time off work to wait for an engineer. If you are a business you may require someone immediately to take care of a problem or, alternatively to visit outside of working hours to minimize disruption.

Our mobile service is aimed at both the home user and small businesses who need to have somebody come to their premises at a time that suits THEM. This could be during the day, but it could just as easily be in the evening or weekend when they are at home. One telephone call is all it takes to arrange a visit.
We also try not to remove your equipment unless it is absolutely necessary. Many people are concerned about the chance of someone seeing their documents or confidential files if the machine has to be taken away. There is also the additional problem of not having the machine when you need it as often happens when things have to be sent away. Because of this we will always try and carry out any repair on-site and we carry a large range of spare components to try and ensure we have everything necessary with us.

Networking & VPN/Remote Access

We offer a complete networking service, from planning and installation, to maintenance and troubleshooting, and setting up VPN systems.

Our unique Remote Access software suite will allow ANY user to access the company or home network, while maintaining the security privileges and permissions to ensure that all private data can only be seen by those permitted to do so. Both new and refurbished hardware is available, giving the choice of either a standard desktop or laptop that will easily suit their requirements, or a more specialist, custom designed and built machine that is created to meet a specific requirement. We offer a comprehensive support service for that covers both on and off-site repairs and troubleshooting.

Photographic Services

An unfortunate fact of life is that no matter how carefully they're looked after, photographs can and do get damaged or faded. This used to be something that could never be fixed, but now, with digital technology and increasingly powerful software and computers almost anything can be repaired - water damage, faded colour, creases or tears, all of them can now be repaired using computers.

As well as repairs we can also take photographic negatives and either print or enlarge them, sometimes even up to A4 size providing the image quality allows for it.
